There is no more ridiculous custom than the one that makes you express sympathy once and for all on a given day to a person whose sorrow will endure as long as his life.

Such grief, felt in such a way, is always “present;” it is never too late to talk about it, never repetitious to mention it again.
— Marcel Proust

The Reflections Program

The Reflections Program at the Mental Health Association of Central Florida is currently facilitating two separate and specific support groups around suicide.

One group is designed to support those currently working through suicidal thoughts, feelings and/or behaviors, facilitated by a licensed professional.

The second group is peer facilitated, designed to support those that have been affected by suicide in any capacity.

Their goal is to build a support system for the suicide community and inspire those working towards wellness. For more information on the screening process please email Emily at eferlo@mhacf.org
